Monday's Biceps

Welcome to week two! I leave for the beach in t-minus 11 days and I am determined to see a change, even if only subtle, by then. I even bought a new swim suit for motivation!

Today I was able to go to the gym with my roommate (click for her blog), you know, the one who helps me with all my workout and dieting, which is always nice because I have a motivator/complainer there with me through the sweat.
